A top international healthcare communications agency based in west London and specialising in patient compliance and adherence programmes, is looking for an Account Manager who has experience in CRM and ideally some knowledge of direct response campaigns to primary care practitioners, or call centre practices.
The Senior Solutions Manager independently manages the overall pharma client programme delivery for assigned projects. They independently lead the project execution, ensuring excellent service delivery for the account while managing project budgets and deliverables as well as internal communications, client comms and external suppliers. They do so through building trusted relationships within the client organisation while proactively addressing issues or concerns in their projects to resolve to client’s satisfaction. The Senior Solution Manager also plays an important role in identifying potential opportunities to expand our work with existing clients, while working with CS team leaders and the Business Development team in developing new business for the agency.
You must have a passion for delivering great healthcare communications, ideally from working within a healthcare advertising agency, where you will have learned account handling including briefing and working with creatives such as Art Directors & Graphic Designers; managing multiple jobs, timelines, and budgets. Knowledge of the European pharmaceutical market is helpful here.
Salary is dependent on experience + bonus, mobile, expenses etc.
