    A global communications group is looking for an Operations Executive to oversee its healthcare agency partners, and lead them to bigger things. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-profile team leading relationships with major pharmaceutical and consumer health clients. The agency partners work closely with senior client leaders to deliver on the group's value proposition at global holding company level, and to build on theirimpressive growth in the healthcare sector.

    In this role, you’ll leverage operational skills, business knowledge, and customer focus to meet client needs and help position the group for continued growth.

    Key Function Responsibilities:

    • This role leads operational activities and initiatives for 4-6 pharmaceutical clients, developing and maintaining reporting timeline and partner with Client Leads to ensure coordination across all clients; reporting includes:

    o Quarterly agency financials, case studies, savings reports, and supplier diversity

    o Periodic and ad-hoc client-requested reporting (e.g., inventory of agency contractual rebates, summary of annual fees/hours by SOW, agency performance review participant list)

    • Support team in preparing client business reviews, including gathering information from agencies, summarising data and creating client-ready presentations
    • Establish relationships with agency Account, Operations and Finance colleagues around the world to facilitate coordination of agency reporting and efficient information sharing between the group and its agencies
    • Create and present on-boarding materials for agencies to ensure contractual and miscellaneous procedural compliance as well to support implementation of significant client initiatives across multiple group agencies (e.g., content management platforms)
    • Track and maintain group agency information to expedite response to new business opportunities and miscellaneous client requests; Support Client Leads in gathering and organising ad-hoc information for new business (e.g., customised agency surveys for RFIs/RFPs)
    • Maintain group and agency assets and assist in summarising and customising for new business (i.e., case studies, agency credentials/profiles, agency creative work and awards)
    • Manage updates to the group healthcare website and assist in developing new content when needed

    Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Solid agency experience in either account management, new business, or project management/operations; definitely some experience within healthcare/ pharmaceutical sector
    • Strong data analysis and data presentation skills; detail oriented
    • Ability to synthesize input from wide variety of internal and external sources (over 20 agency business units across 15+ countries), and present strategic summaries/recommendations to senior management
    • Capacity to work credibly and collaboratively with senior level corporate and agency leadership as needed.
