    Senior Account Executive - Healthcare MedComms

    A fiercely independent Medical Education & PR agency based in Thames Ditton is looking for a Senior Account Executive who’s well versed in the art of client facing responsibilities to join its top class team. This is a truly multi-disciplined agency that brings together all of the strands of client requirements under one roof, from Med-Ed to PR, through Publishing and Interactive Media.

    The requirements of the job are that you should be able to manage the day-to-day running and coordination of accounts and projects; ddevelop project timelines, in conjunction with senior member of the company and the project team; arrange internal project kick-off meetings, and ensure the project team is briefed on the project’s requirements; organise and arrange project-related, client, KOL, and internal meetings; manage all aspects of attendee requirements; attend client meetings/conferences; produce minutes and/or contact reports within agreed timeframes; set up and maintain job bags and ensure actions are properly tracked; eensure the quality check system is followed and completed for all projects, at all stages, by all members of the team; ensure all resources are made available in accordance with the project timeline e.g. creative, proofing, recording equipment etc; and be responsible for the sourcing of reference materials

    Key skills include an understandof local and international regulations (e.g. APBI) relating to industry to enable high-quality, compliant management and execution of projects; a good understanding of the need to keep direct costs logs up to date to assist tracking of budgets; an awareness of invoicing process and knowledge of how to raise, approve drafts and file paper copiesand strong attention to detail.

    We are definitely looking for somebody with previous agency experience – ideally a healthcare communications agency, and somebody with a life-science degree or equivalent.
