Our client is now an established agency that prides itself on its digital approach to health communications. They place patients at the heart of their strategic process and wrap this understanding in healthcare professional insight. This is a leading edge approach to health communications, offering digitally oriented solutions to patients, prescribers, ad other clinicians ie the consumers of their pharma clients. The result is better communications, increased patient loyalty and improved health outcomes.
They are growing madly, and are now looking to take on a new Account Director– a senior role with the remit to help grow and shape the business. Key components of this role will be leadership, both internally for the team of enthusiastic, eager-to-learn colleagues; and externally by winning the confidence of clients. In addition, there will be responsibility for the development and retention of staff; improving work processes, managing the supervision of all client projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and under budget, and dealing at the sharp end of client relationships..
The ideal candidate will currently be operating at AD or SAM level in a health related organisation, or come from client side, with a pharmaceutical background and looking for a really challenging position in an intellectual environment where you can take charge of your own destiny. We need a good collection of people management skills, diverse health communications experience and an in-depth understanding of digital / online marketing techniques.
