They are looking for an Associate Director to join their growing healthcare account handling team. You will come with a solid ethical healthcare background and be immediately able to oversee designated accounts appropriately directing account team activity. You should be somebody with gravitas who can provide inspiration and strategic counsel where necessary, set performance targets with the client, monitor progress on account against targets and make necessary changes to activity to achieve these, evaluate success of projects and overall programmes, take accountability for the profitable management of accounts and team budgets and provide direction and guidance on identified organic growth opportunities. You should be able to cultivate working relationships with KOL’s, formulating and handling issues and respond where appropriate, continue to give shape, coherence and direction to all written materials, ensuring they meet strategic needs and oversee quality control for all written materials. You will be somebody who contributes to client strategy and thinking and be able to demonstrate the ability to consult at the highest levels of client organisation and be recognised as a member of the senior team. You should also be able to chair/facilitate external meetings when necessary e.g. media panels and assist with the recruitment of new team members when necessary
You will already be an experienced healthcare PR Account Director or Associate Director with at least 8-years experience, come with excellent writing skills, and have the ability to make a positive difference to the company.
