The SAE/AE role
Following a number of new business wins in 2021 they are now looking for a SAE and an AE to join their team. It’s an exciting time to join the team as they are working on a variety of campaigns that cover both new creative development and digital strategy.
Understanding the client’s business and their brief to the agency
Liaising with clients on a daily basis and building good relationships
Facilitating the day to day running of the account and supporting the SAMs and ADs
Over time, being the project lead for a number projects/campaigns, this would include things such as:
Developing timelines and budgets
* Booking weekly resource and driving projects through the agency and client organisations
* Briefing creatives
* Reviewing creative and providing constructive feedback on creative ideas
* Working closely with producers to oversee suppliers
Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with clients
Highly organised and calm under pressure
Curious and inquisitive - values continued learning and trying new approaches, take an active interest in new innovations and industry trends, always looking for new ways to grow and develop
Passionate about creativity - enjoys working with creatives to find novel ways to tackle client briefs and craft the creative product
Commercial acumen - can develop budgets and timelines and support the account team to run accounts profitably

Your experience as the SAE
1-2 years’ experience working in healthcare advertising, ideally working on both UK and international campaigns
Experience of Veeva Promomats and CRM platforms would be very useful
